Aadar Multi Investment Company is seeking a highly competent Senior MEP Engineer to direct, manage, and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities across our building projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing overall MEP execution, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to standard engineering practices, project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Direct and oversee on-site electrical installations, including main power distribution, solar setups, lighting, fire alarms, PA systems, and ELV networks.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and WTP/STP/ETP operations with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Analyze and review shop drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, technical material submittals, and specifications to resolve site-level coordination issues.
- Track daily site work, material usage, workmanship quality, and resource allocation to ensure continuous project progress.
- Assist with quantity estimation, cost evaluation, contractor billing, and work measurement processes.
- Manage MEP testing, commissioning, snagging, rectifications, site handover, and Defects Liability Period (DLP) obligations.
- Ensure full adherence to safety regulations (HSE), construction codes, and quality standards while generating regular site progress reports.
