Sales Executive - Soalteecity Apartment

Soalteecity Apartment is seeking a confident, articulate, and performance-driven female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. This position is well-suited for a self-motivated professional who excels in a target-driven setting and possesses strong interpersonal and client follow-up capabilities.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting prospective leads into apartment bookings by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and client care.

Core Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact and maintain prompt communication with prospective buyers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Assess customer requirements, budget parameters, and intended purchase timelines to recommend suitable 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartment layouts.
• Filter prospective leads to prioritize high-intent buyers and organize property site visits.
• Guide clients through site visits, present features, address buyer queries, and negotiate terms professionally.
• Maintain persistent follow-ups with leads throughout the sales funnel to ensure successful deal closure.
• Record accurately all lead statuses, client interactions, and sales records.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets set for site visits and sales closures.

Salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience and proven sales capability.
