Aadar Multi Investment Company is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of Aadar Trade Mall, one of Nepal's premier commercial building developments. The appointed professional will lead the project throughout its lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, superior craftsmanship, and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all remaining civil, structural, architectural fit-out, and MEP activities from mobilization to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Establish, monitor, and adjust comprehensive project master schedules and execution strategies.
- Oversee project economics, including budget formulation, cost management, cash flow forecasting, and contract administration.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, consulting teams, sub-contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Enforce strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes alongside occupational health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Evaluate project risks early and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead, direct, and mentor multi-disciplinary site teams, including project engineers, technical supervisors, and support staff.
- Deliver regular performance updates and progress reports to senior management.
