Program Coordinator

Volunteers Initiative Nepal (VIN), a non-governmental organization committed to empowering marginalized communities in Nepal, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Program Coordinator. This role is pivotal to designing, executing, and evaluating community development projects that promote long-term sustainable growth and social empowerment.

The Program Coordinator will serve as a bridge between local communities, international and domestic volunteers, and organization leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing daily program operations, managing volunteer schedules, and ensuring that strategic goals align with field implementation.

Core duties include:

• Planning and executing community-focused development projects and daily field activities.
• Guiding and supporting national and international volunteers throughout their placements.
• Establishing strong networks with community stakeholders, local authorities, and partner institutions.
• Monitoring project timelines, outcomes, and impact through regular site visits and detailed reporting.
• Contributing to grant proposals, program budgets, and strategic organizational planning.
