The Procurement Officer plays a crucial part in supporting program initiatives through effective vendor management, cost management, and timely delivery of materials. Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, bidding, quote evaluation, and contracting.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers across Nepal.
• Ensuring full compliance with internal procurement policies, donor mandates, and local statutory regulations.
• Coordinating with program teams to understand supply requisitions and streamline inventory management.
• Monitoring supplier performance and conducting regular market surveys to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
