Primary Level Math Teacher (Grade 5)

The Excelsior School is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and student-focused Math Teacher to lead Grade 5 mathematics classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in primary-level mathematics and a proven ability to make mathematical concepts simple, practical, and engaging for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive Mathematics lessons tailored to Grade 5 pupils.
• Utilize creative teaching techniques to help students easily grasp mathematical principles.
• Develop lesson plans, educational resources, assignments, and classroom exercises.
• Evaluate student learning through regular coursework, homework assignments, tests, and exams.
• Spot learning gaps early and offer tailored support and guidance to students.
• Foster logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in a supportive environment.
• Establish and maintain an inclusive, well-managed, and encouraging classroom space.
• Keep organized records of student attendance, performance metrics, and evaluation results.
• Provide regular updates to parents and guardians regarding their child's academic development.
• Participate actively in school activities, faculty meetings, and ongoing professional development training.
