Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist

Avinya Store is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to oversee and enhance our paid advertising strategies across Facebook and Instagram. This role focuses on maximizing sales, driving customer engagement, and scaling business growth through targeted performance marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities:

• Meta Advertising Strategy: Design, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager. Conduct audience research, perform creative and copy testing, and set up retargeting funnels for website visitors and social media engagers.
• Campaign Analytics & Scaling: Track critical performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them while troubleshooting Meta Pixel, tracking events, and attribution issues.
• Reporting & Funnel Optimization: Evaluate lead and conversion quality, monitor overall ad spend, and present clear reporting with insights to improve return on investment.
• SEO & Google Marketing Assistance: Support basic keyword research and on-page SEO tasks, help manage Google Ads PPC campaigns, and track site traffic with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
