Job Description

Capital City Academy is seeking a passionate, qualified, and motivated Lower Secondary Nepali Teacher to join our educational team. The selected candidate will focus on strengthening students' mastery of the Nepali language while cultivating a positive, structured learning environment that promotes both academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Nepali language lessons for lower secondary students.
  • Prepare structured lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and comprehensive student assessments.
  • Maintain strong classroom discipline to foster a safe, supportive, and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, offering continuous guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Help students enhance their reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal skills in Nepali.
  • Support learners in their overall social, academic, and personal development.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with parents, fellow staff, and school leadership.
  • Participate actively in school events, faculty meetings, and assigned academic programs.

Working Schedule & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: NPR 25,000 – 28,000 (No upper salary limit for highly experienced candidates; performance-based raises available).
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nepali Education or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience, ideally at the lower secondary level.

  • Demonstrated ability in classroom management and interpersonal communication.
  • High level of dedication, responsibility, and commitment to student achievement.
  • Strong capability to work cooperatively within a professional team.
