Field Coordinator - SOS Children's Villages Nepal

SOS Children's Villages Nepal is looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Coordinator to lead and support field-level program execution. SOS Children's Villages works to ensure that children growing up without parental care or at risk of losing it receive the necessary care, education, and health support to build a bright future.

In this role, the Field Coordinator will act as a key liaison between the organization and local communities, ensuring smooth project implementation and effective field operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, facilitating, and monitoring field-level activities in line with program objectives and guidelines.
• Engaging with local government authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations to foster strong collaborative networks.
• Conducting regular field monitoring visits to evaluate program impact and address operational challenges promptly.
• Facilitating baseline surveys, community assessments, and reporting on field progress to senior management.
• Supporting vulnerable families and child-centered community initiatives to promote sustainable development.
