Customer & Plumber Relations Officer

Rijalco Fenolex Polypark Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading company under the Rijalco Group, is seeking an approachable, motivated, and relationship-driven Customer & Plumber Relations Officer. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining robust connections with key trade stakeholders, including plumbers, contractors, customers, and authorized dealers across Nepal.

As a Customer & Plumber Relations Officer, you will serve as the primary ambassador connecting the brand to the professional trade community. You will be responsible for fostering strong trust, boosting product adoption, and maintaining clear communication channels with installers and retail partners.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing proactive outreach initiatives for plumbers, contractors, and installers.
• Building and sustaining solid working relationships with dealers and end-user customers to drive brand loyalty.
• Organizing field visits, product awareness sessions, and interactive meets for trade professionals.
• Collecting field feedback, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring swift resolution of service concerns.
• Collaborating with internal sales and support teams to strengthen market presence and client satisfaction.
