Business Graduate Intern - Nameru Food Industries

Nameru Food Industries, a prominent B2B food manufacturing and trading enterprise, is seeking a motivated and responsible Business Graduate Intern. This position is designed for individuals eager to establish a career in a dynamic commercial environment with prospects for future leadership roles.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple operational areas including sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and basic accounting. The ideal candidate exhibits a strong desire to learn, adapts well to flexible working conditions, and works proactively toward organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning and assisting with sales, marketing, business development, and client communication.
• Gaining practical exposure to fundamental accounting duties, including ledgers, profit/loss tracking, invoicing, and payment documentation.
• Communicating with vendors and clients regarding outstanding dues while fostering strong supplier relationships.
• Supporting customer retention efforts and assisting in acquiring new business accounts.
• Participating in market research and promotional initiatives.
• Handling additional cross-functional tasks in sales, accounts, and marketing as assigned.

This program offers a 6-month paid internship and probation framework. High performers demonstrating strong discipline, adaptability, and value creation will be considered for permanent employment upon evaluation.
