User Data Deletion

Effective date: September 6, 2026

You can request permanent deletion of your KinbechShop account and the personal data associated with it (profile details, listings, messages, tournament registrations, and any linked login credentials) at any time.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request using either method below, from the email or phone number registered on your account so we can verify it's you:

• Email contact@kinbechshop.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered phone number or email.
• WhatsApp/call 9868163982 with the same request.

What happens next

We verify the request against the account on file, then permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer only where required by law (e.g. transaction records) or where content has already been shared publicly by you and is not reasonably retrievable (e.g. a listing another user saved a copy of before deletion).

What gets removed

Your profile, account credentials, private messages, and any pending/unapproved listings are deleted outright. Listings, business directory claims, and tournament results you made public are removed or anonymized (seller/participant identity detached) rather than silently reattributed to someone else.
